For workers on the Website, Tephra, the Website, and the Service are not responsible for ensuring that you receive any grant payments that you think you may be entitled to. That is between you and the grant Funder to agree on.
For funders on the Website, Tephra, the Website, and the Service are not responsible for ensuring that your payments to workers are successful, or any other issues related to funding grants to workers.
Funders should ensure that their legal liability is covered in the grant description itself, e.g. by including their own grant terms and conditions in the grant description. Tephra, the Website, and the Service are not responsible for managing any disputes or interactions between funders and workers.
Ownership of the intellectual property (IP) workers and funders generate to participate in grants, e.g. grant descriptions, grant applications, milestone submissions, user profiles, etc., is to be decided between workers and funders themselves. Tephra does not own any of this IP.
All IP for the Website and Service itself are owned by Tephra.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
